An amazing woman by the name of Melanie Hamilton Baldwin changed the face of autism and cancer culture by telling her story to thousands as "Booty Kicker" in the Thinking Moms' Revolution's book Autism Beyond the Spectrum.
Well, today I am writing this blog because it is time to give back and pay it forward to her, who has already fought and beat breast cancer and bone cancer and now she is facing cancer for a third time. My heart is broken that this is happening again to such a sweet and caring soul. Many in the autism communities are rallying together for a fundraiser for Melanie and her family, to help with treatment and with care for her autistic son Luke, while she heals. Yes we need your help so Please consider donating generously to help her family care for Luke as she regains her health, and please help their family establish financial security that will help them thrive during her absence.
And our message to Melanie:
“You are a great blessing and inspiration. We pray for your complete healing and for blessings on you and your family.”

Hoy un espectacular ser humano, y gran mujer llamada Melanie Hamilton Baldwin, y que cambio la cara del autismo y del cancer, contando su historia como "Booty Kicker" en el libro de "Thinking Moms Revolution Autism Beyond the Spectrum.
Bueno, hoy les escribimos por que es hora de que podamos retribuirle a Melanie, quien ya combatio el cancer de seno y el cancer de hueso y esta ahora luchando de nuevo con un nuevo tipo de cancer. Mi corazon esta sinceramente lastimado que algo tan terrible le pase de nuevo a una persona como ella. Somos muchos en la comunidad autista que estamos reuniendonos para apoyarla y se esta haciendo en estos momentos un fundraiser para ella. Su hijo Luke, tiene autismo severo y realmente necesita de su mama para sus cuidados. Pero por lo delicado de la situacion, ella esta hospitalizada y necesita alguien que se encargue de Luke mientras ella se recupera y logra retomar las riendas de su vida una vez mas y su futuro financiero. Por eso les pedimos que por favor donen, cualquier cantidad nos ayuda enormemente en lograr la meta.
